Price Match Guarantee

At Barbeques Today, we are committed to offering our customers the best value without compromising on quality, service, or support. If you find an identical product at a lower advertised price, we will do our best to match it.

How Our Price Match Guarantee Works

We will match a competitor's advertised price provided that:

  • The product is the same brand, model, and specification.
  • The product has identical features, accessories, and included components.
  • The competitor's product is brand new and unused.
  • The competitor has the product currently in stock and available for immediate purchase.
  • The competitor is a legitimate, authorised retailer operating within Kenya.
  • The lower price can be verified by Barbeques Today at the time of the request.

Exclusions

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Clearance, liquidation, closing down, damaged, refurbished, ex-display, or used products.
  • Private sales, marketplace listings, auction sites, classified advertisements, or social media sellers.
  • Pricing errors or misprints.
  • Bundle offers, free gifts, loyalty rewards, cashback promotions, or financing incentives.
  • Products sourced from unauthorised dealers or grey-market imports.
  • Competitor prices that cannot be independently verified.
  • Special order, discontinued, or end-of-line products.
  • Delivery, installation, assembly, or other service-related charges.

Additional Terms

  • Price match requests must be made before purchase or within 7 days of purchase.
  • Barbeques Today reserves the right to verify all claims before approving a price match.
  • Price matching is offered at the sole discretion of Barbeques Today and may be declined where the competing offer does not meet these conditions.
  • The final matched price may take into account additional costs such as warranty coverage, product support, after-sales service, import duties, freight, and product availability.
  • Only one discount, promotion, voucher, or special offer may be applied to a transaction.
