Free shipping option is available to all orders over Kshs 100,000.00.  This option is applicable countrywide with exceptions. 

Exceptions apply to certain regions where shipping may not be possible by our delivery partners.

Countrywide Shipping

We offer countrywide shipping to all regions serviced by our delivery partners. Contact us if your location is not available during checkout.  

Where possible delivery is carried out by next business day, however, we cannot offer any guarantee. 

Nairobi

Delivery is generally carried out on the same day if an order is placed before midday. However, there's exceptions to this depending on several conditions beyond our control. 
We offer delivery through our delivery partner where necessary but also permit customers to choose a delivery method of their own at their expense such as Uber, Bolt or other service providers. 

Click and Collect 

This service is only available in Nairobi at present. Choose this option at check out and select your nearest BTL store to collect the product at no charge.
